Shipping Policy

Welcome to BoxerHUB. We aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently while keeping you informed at every step. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders placed on www.boxerhub.co.in.

1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking link or AWB number.

2. Shipping Partners

  • We have partnered with trusted courier and logistics providers such as Delhivery, Bluedart, XpressBees, and India Post for secure and timely delivery.
  • Shipping service availability may vary depending on your pin code and location.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines (after dispatch):

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other major cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 may attract a nominal shipping fee (displayed at checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD handling charge.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment directly through the link provided or visit your courier’s website for real-time updates.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability, or non-response, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
  • Re-shipping may require an additional delivery fee, which the customer must pay.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. BoxerHUB will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping

Currently, BoxerHUB ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.

9. Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or missing any item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@boxerhub.co.in with photos or unboxing video proof.
Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can, however, refuse delivery upon arrival.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
