However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we follow a clear and transparent No Return and No Exchange Policy after delivery.

1. Hygiene & Safety Commitment

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any boxers, briefs, trunks, or other undergarments once the packaging has been opened, tried, or used.
This policy is in place to ensure that every BoxerHUB customer receives fresh, unused, and hygienically packed products only.

2. Return Eligibility (Before Opening the Package)

You may request a return or exchange only if:

• You have received the wrong product, size, or colour.
• The item arrived defective or damaged.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and still in its original, sealed packaging with all tags intact.

3. Replacement & Refund Process

• Once your return request is verified, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund (as applicable) within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be processed to your original mode of payment after product inspection and approval.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are processed only if the replacement size or product is available in stock.
• If not available, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit for future purchases.

6. Washing & Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your boxers:

• Hand wash gently in cold water.
• Use mild detergent only.
• Do not bleach, wring, or tumble dry.
• Dry in shade to retain colour and fabric strength.
• Do not iron directly on prints or elastics.
